The techniques involve deep tissue self-care and beginner to Intermediate mobility exercises, so it’s ideal for those who are looking for effective ways to manage pain and maintain their physical health at home.If you have limited mobility, significant physical restrictions, or a disability that makes movement challenging, some techniques in this course may not be as suitable for you. That said, we’re committed to empowering everyone on their self-care journey. What Tools Will I Need?
Several techniques include my favorite self care tools such as:
• Foam Roller - I recommend a smooth edged softer one for beginners.
• LaCrosse Ball - I use this for 80% of the Body. The LaCrosse ball is my ultimate deep tissue pain relief hack!

• little blue gaia massage ball. it's about the size of a golf ball and really works the nooks and crannies.
